Abstract

The distinguished position occupied by the Arabic language throughout its ages motivated me to present this language and dive into its ancient language, so I chose the ancient Yemeni language as a model for this given language. It must be noted that this study was not linguistic in itself, but rather mixed the ancient historical study, i.e. what was written by excavation and archaeologists in the references and ancient historical sources of information after analysis and change of that ancient Yemeni language from the ancient Yemeni inscriptions. The study was based on references and sources of linguists and ancient history. The study proceeded from the adoption of the comparison between the subject in the ancient Yemeni Arabic language and the subject in the classical Arabic language, and standing on the issues of difference and compatibility between the actors and the extent of divergence and convergence between them. It is the owners of previous studies Among those issues are: 1-The subject of the language and idiomatically. 2-The question of the types of the subject.3-The issue of giving precedence to the subject over the verb.4-The issue of the presence of the subject in the case of masculine and feminine, singular, dual, plural, indefinite, and knowledge
