Abstract

The culture sector is one of the most important sectors that the Iraqi government sought to advance in order to create the scientific revolution and lay solid foundations for building a prosperous and developed society. On this basis, the Iraqi government at that time took its effective role in focusing tireless efforts in promoting and developing cultural cooperation with the Hungarian government, which I welcomed this constructive cooperation in order to provide all forms of support, and for Hungary to actually contribute to the development of the cultural sector in Iraq, which made the Iraqi government rush to conclude many agreements and protocols with the Hungarian government related to focusing cultural cooperation, and through these agreements and protocols it can develop cultural cooperation, especially Promoting the reality of education, excavations and archaeology, as well as artistic cooperation and the rest of the other cultural arts, because these aspects have an important role in promoting general culture. Hence, the Iraqi government has worked to create equal opportunities for workers in the cultural field to benefit from the programs that had been provided by the Hungarian government. Whether it is in the field of education, or in the field of excavation and archaeology, or other technical aspects, and hence, in accordance with those agreements and protocols, the need has emerged to send many cadres working in the field of science, art, and archeology on missions to Hungary for the purpose of training and learning about the latest educational programs, field studies, and technical training. To develop this important aspect within the culture sector.
