Abstract

Many verbs with different temporal connotations were mentioned in the morning prayer, including; What came in the form of the past verb; Among them is what came in the form of the present tense, as it indicates the past continuous tense of the event for the present according to the type of supplication saying; Some of them indicate the present tense, which is the time when the speaker spoke, and there may be verbs that indicate the present tense related to the future, according to the style and wording of the supplication.

And the form of supplication came as an indication of the time of the action of the continuous command to the present, with the saying (So forgive, O God, for what I have committed a crime), and it came in the trace (forgive them, then command him to fight them); His saying (so forgive) means, O God, turn away from my sins and mistakes, by Your mercy that encompasses everything.

In the morning prayer, there were sayings in which the tense of the past tense and the present tense were combined, and it is one of the things whose counterpart is rare. Similar to what came in the morning supplication with the saying (and he knew what was before it was), it combined the past tense of the verb (was) and the present tense (to be), and it is one of the rhetorical miracles that we may not find in other supplications and sources.
