Abstract

References began to address researchers as an important tool in the fields of poetry, and it is known that every society fragmented by the customs and practices of a variety of linguistic, social, religious, historical, and other practices represented a record of knowledge full of them through their inheritance through generations, in line with the time and the vicisscies of life that portrayed references mixed with ideas and values, through the memory of the poet, whether individual or collective, in order to frame the framework of cultural references.

As it formed a prominent phenomenon in the poetry of Ibn Daraj Qastali and that belonging to the Andalusian era, which was full of events witnessed in the Andalusian era, as Ibn Daraj showed his skills in linking his historical and cultural references in the texts of his poetry, making his historical references a way to reveal his pains and delights, and put them in a sophisticated poetic character.

It seems that the poet's influence on history reflects the idea of the authenticity of the roots and his attachment to the past, and indicates an epistemological approach that made him accept the interrogation of the historical event, whether he used the city for an understanding purpose or used the historical figure for a comparative purpose, or resorted to a literary figure influential in it. Which opens the door to research on the concept of (influence and influence) when the poet with his past, which made him the pillar of the present  .
