Al-Makhzoumi’s efforts received the attention of researchers, but these efforts did not concern himself with studying the relationship between the concepts he presented and the applications he made in their light. What researchers and scholars dealt with was facilitating and renewing grammar, and how scholars presented it implicitly with the efforts of others. It was stated in the grammatical dispute that (facilitation) and (renewal) and (modification) and (approximation) and (simplification) and other terms that have become common at the present time, but contemporaries did not agree on all of them , and the comprehensiveness of these terms according to contemporaries is determined by the fact that they all mean “reconsidering Grammatical rules, which were enacted by the ancients, and an attempt to classify grammatical rules within the framework of the ancients’ description of them with their terminology and divisions”. As for facilitation, its proponents differed in its concept. Some of them see it as “choosing the easiest from the opinions of the ancients”, and others see that facilitation is not an abbreviation, nor Deleting the explanations and comments, but it is a new presentation of grammar topics and facilitating them for young people, and the facilitation will not be sufficient in this unless it is preceded by a comprehensive reform of the lesson curriculum and its topics, principles and issues , which is something that prompted me in this research to try to shed light on the concepts and procedures between his two books (in Arabic grammar). Criticism and Guidance) and (In Arabic Grammar, Rules and Application), and the first book, which is (Criticism and Guidance in Arabic Grammar), appears as a scientific book concerned with concepts, and explains the modern principles that the science of grammar needs in its modern development, and the second book appears (On Grammar Al-Arabi: Grammar and Application), which is concerned with the procedure and application of the rules that he intended to highlight, and Mustafa Al-Saqqa presented it by saying: “Al-Makhzoumi’s books, in general, theoretical and applied, are distinguished by the depth of research, the clarity of the method, the ease of arrangement, the reliance on the opinions of the imams of grammar, and the extraction of the most important elements and opinions that are valid.” To establish a modern grammar edifice based on scientific principles free from influence by philosophy and logic.
