The research aims to highlight the role of communication theory in learning and teaching linguistic skills, and to realize the educational facts and experiences that this theory employs in order to organize the linguistic educational material in an integrated manner in the form of functional linguistic skills for learners, through integrated linguistic content. The researcher employed the descriptive approach from It highlighted the importance of this theory for the conduct of the educational process, and raised several questions that serve the purpose of the research. It was concluded that teaching language skills in light of communication theory allows overcoming the difficulties of the Arabic language, and helps its teachers and learners to master it. This is because language teaching according to communication theory ensures repeated linguistic treatments by repeatedly referring to the linguistic skill and studying it from its various aspects, and through repetition, the skill itself is confirmed and the linguistic processing is deepened.in learning and teaching language skills and recognizing the educational realities and experiences employed by this trend in order to organize the language teaching material in an integrated manner in the form of functional language skills for learners, Through an integrated language content, the researcher used the descriptive curriculum in terms of highlighting the importance of this trend for the educational process, He also raised several questions that served the purpose of the research. education of language skills in the light of the integrative curriculum allows for the overcoming of Arabic language difficulties and helps to master them by their teachers and learners; In teaching the language according to the integrative curriculum to ensure frequent language treatments by repeating the reference to linguistic skill, studying it in its various aspects, replicating the same skill, and deepening the language processing.
