Abstract

The study aims to introduce the constitutional laws that established the State of Lebanon and their importance in building these institutions, especially the legislative, executive and judicial institutions.       The Lebanese legislator must increase the powers of the Council of Ministers because it is the one who draws up the country’s general policy, especially in the constitution through which this institution was established.

       In order to overcome sectarianism, the Lebanese legislator must work to amend the constitution, especially in the articles that lead to the conflict between one another.
