The Reality Of Some Institutions AndCenters Of Creators And Their Aspirations in Palestine (Field Study)

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the reality of institutions, centers of creators and their aspirations in the Palestine, A field study on a sample of centers   and institutions concerned. Using case study and interviews.                       

            The study results showed that the most used scales to find out the creator, was the IQ tests , and activities carried out by the centers and institutions creators in schools .It also showed That the needs of the creators was the appreciation , and the needs of  their supervisors was the continuous training . The difficulties faced by supervisors was moving between regions , while the conflict between the institution and the school  was the most important difficulties which faced by the creators themselves, in addition to the lack of cooperation of schools head teachers , and the lack of  state support .

As their aspirations were unanimous in institutions and centers on the current situation of the creator is slowly improving, but it needs time and effort.
