And the place when it has an advanced transport system that is able to provide the basic requirements for the construction and progress of its population and also through the development of the transport system the events of new economic, social and cultural changes, 3 but developments in transport are significant changes in the way of life and ways of organizing societies 4 and the development of civilization.
