This is an investigation of a footnote on Al-Baydawi’s interpretation called: (Guidance of Narrators to Al-Faruq Al-Madawi, due to the inability to interpret Al-Baydawi, by Al-Sadiqi Al-Kilani, who died in the year: (970 AH), from which I dealt with the investigation of Surat Al-Qara’ah, through study and investigation.
Its importance lies in studying the surah from one of the important footnotes in the interpretation of Al-Qadi Al-Baydawi. He dealt with the interpretation and analysis of words by explaining the words and explaining the meanings. Shedding light on the linguistic and rhetorical dimensions of the surah.
The focus was on the phenomena addressed in the surah, such as talking about the horrors of the Day of Resurrection, resurrection, and resurrection.
I divided the research into an introduction and two parts: The first: a study section, to study the author and the author, in which I mentioned the author’s personal life, mentioning his name, surname, lineage, birth, upbringing, and death.
It also explained his scientific life, by explaining his jurisprudential doctrine, and his writings.
I also discussed the author's approach in his footnote, as well as the author's sources in Surat Al-Qara'ah, and his approach in transmitting from them. I also explained the study of the book, its copying, and my approach to investigation.
In the second section, I dealt with the verified text. I edited the text according to the rules of modern orthography, and attributed the opinions and sayings attributed by the author to their authors, by referring to the approved sources. I explained the strange things and knew the terminology
The Qur’anic verses and the noble Prophetic hadiths were also documented, mentioning their extraction and judgment from the books of respected scholars. The Qur’anic readings were documented and the arguments for reading them were made. Then I made a conclusion in which I explained the most important findings, after which I included a list of sources and references at the end of the research.
