Abstract

Crime is considered a danger that threatens rights and interests worthy of criminal protection, and which threatens human beings, their security, stability, and life as a whole. This danger is one of the characteristics that characterizes crime. Therefore, we find that legal scholars, as well as psychologists and sociologists, pay great attention to crime and the foundations of its responsibility, in terms of  The study, in addition to the fact that criminal seriousness in criminology in our current era derives its concept from concepts related to the metaphysics of the senses and beyond nature, but rather from psychological and social concepts, since, from the perspective of the concepts of contemporary philosophy of penal legislation, the goal of criminal responsibility is to resist committed crimes.  And preventing any other crime, by following penal policies whose goal is to protect society, in order for every person to find what he seeks in collective security.  Much controversy has arisen recently about the meaning of criminal risk for a person, especially after it occupied the forefront of the interests and explanations of criminal sciences.  There is no doubt that research into the subject of human criminal danger involves a lot of difficulty and accuracy at the same time, and this is due to the fact that this research revolves around the human personality and exploring its deep depths.
