Abstract

The journalist story, it is a creative literary art, considered one of the modern influences of the art of literary narrative in the forms of writing. There are journalists and their literary works have a role in the development of journalistic writing, because they have found an effective way to appeal to their audience and publish their products, and there has been a mutual benefit between journalism and literature.

This research sheds light on the journalistic writing from a literary perspective, not from a journalistic perspective. this research is about elements literary most important in the press story. Which is the narrative the narrative is the backbone of the story in general and the journalist story in particular . The narrative is made up of elements (The action, subject, style, number, environment (time and place), and characters). There is a central role in the story of the journalist , sometimes he will be the main character in the story through the first person, and sometimes he will be the witness of events in the second or third person.

This research sheds deals with the narrative element in the stories of author (Alex Epstein), He is A Hebrew journalist Bullitt wrote the short story( short stories ) , And the research shows the most important elements of the narrative in his stories through view a Group of his works taken from the journal( Ynet ,and Haaretz newspaper) Published on his website.
