It also provides us with information about the biographies of some of his figures, geographical and historical information, the most important scientific centers, and the new Ijaza ceremony, or separate with various data that allude to the cultural, social, and scientific conditions that began in those eras The license simply means that the sheikh grants his student the right to narrate on his tongue in a specific or non-specific matter, but it is of great importance in indicating the culture of a certain category of the scholars of the Arab and Islamic heritage, and the early scholars lowered it to the level of an academic degree, where the student, after completing his education, would obtain a license from his sheikh, and this license may be specific to a book, part, or topic that allows him to teach or narrate it, or it may be general and comprehensive of everything he reads, so it means an academic degree. We can highlight the importance of licenses in the following points: - The license is one of the most important restrictions for Muslim scholars in Islamic manuscripts, and it is in itself a great indicator of the civilizational progress of Arabs in particular and Muslims in general. Academic licenses helped preserve the chain of transmission of many books in various sciences, and the oldest of these sciences is the science of hadith, as it played an important role in documenting the noble prophetic hadith.
