Abstract

The State of Kuwait constitutes a model of a small country that plays an active role in Gulf politics in particular and in Arab politics in general. The state, its sovereignty and independence, the protection of Arab and Islamic interests and values, the maintenance of a coordinated pace of engagement with the Arab and Islamic countries and the issues of the Islamic nation in general, as well as its application of the concept of justice in international relations in terms of the characteristic of distributing Kuwaiti wealth surplus to its need in a humane manner among the Arab and Islamic countries and peoples and then the states Poor and developing, such as its founding of the Kuwait Fund, in addition to its rejection of armed aggression in international relations, taking the side of the aggressor and supporting him in his position to ward off injustice on his behalf, she also wanted to ensure the security and stability of the Arab Gulf region and prevent the region from entering a state of turmoil and instability, so she had strong relations With various countries, especially the states of Bahrain and Qatar, by virtue of the unity of the land, traditions and lineage, as each of the rulers of Al-Ku belongs to Yat, Qatar and Bahrain belong to the Utoub tribes, as well as the accession of all these countries to the Gulf Cooperation Council, which forced them to cooperate to achieve common interests
