Abstract

Healing is always in the hands of God Almighty. He is the healer who is able to remove the disease by relieving man’s distress. He is the only one to whom we turn to remove the disease. Doctors and medicines are means that God gives us in order to erase the disease and grant the human body healing. Therefore, we turn to God to remove the disease. It erases the distress from a person, and advice to every sick person is to adhere to getting closer to God and to continue praying, supplicating, and reading the verses of the Holy Qur’an that God has described in order to seek recovery from him. Moreover, there are verses in the Qur’an in order to remove the disease. There is a surah that God has made a means in the hand of the servant to seek recovery from illness. A person must continue to read it and focus on it and its meanings. It is also possible for a sick person to read other verses from the Qur’an with the intention of seeking recovery. It is a very good thing for any patient to continue reading the Qur’an to seek recovery. Healing is from God, and one of the benefits of the Qur’an is to treat the patient’s soul and spirit and provide a way to cure illness. The Qur’an contains some recipes for medicine, such as recipes for honey, which contains healing for people, as mentioned in the Holy Qur’an. On the one hand, and on the other hand, the Lord - Glory be to Him - has explained the merit of some of His servants. Torment on the Day of Resurrection Either by immortality with torture and the infliction of the most severe punishments, or by torture according to the extent of the sin or disobedience. The Holy Qur’an has described to us other verses that indicate the torment of some peoples, such as the torment of the people of Noah (peace be upon him), the torment of the people of Hud (peace be upon him), and the torment of the people of Saleh (peace be upon him). ), and the torment of the people of Lot (peace be upon him), and how God Almighty took revenge and the severity of His torment for them, and our research came to shed light on (Healing and deliverance from torment between Islam and Christianity, a comparative study
