Abstract

The goal of the current research is to have good relationships between the educational counselor's strategies. The aim of the research, the measure of educational counseling strategies, is to know the extent of the educational counselor's ability to know and then know and then achieve the objectives of the research. According to this approach and the objectives of the research, the researcher applied this research to a sample of (80) male and female employees at the University of Babylon who were chosen in the intentional way through the distribution of an electronic form. The final (26) paragraphs, and the apparent validity was verified, then the stability was extracted using the (Alpha Cronbach) coefficient, and the total scale reliability coefficient was (0.90). t-test for two independent samples).The research concluded with a set of results, the most prominent of which are:1.Research results that the percentage of adults (88%) is higher than that of adult females (12%), while the highest percentage in the age group was the third age group (30%) of those around me (28-32) years old, while the age group was It is the age group (20%) who meet the previous conditions (33-36) years.2.The results of the research showed that the educational counselor’s strategies and his role in promoting social affiliation came to a high degree with a mean of (3.84) and a standard deviation of (1.01).3.The results of the research indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the strategies of the educational counselor and its role in promoting social affiliation among students of internal departments according to the gender variable in favor of males.4.The results of the research indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the strategies of the educational counselor and its role in promoting social affiliation among students of internal departments according to the academic specialization variable in favor of the scientific specialization.In light of the researcher’s findings, the researcher recommends a number of recommedations, including:1.The necessity of adopting the application of the educational guidance strategies used in this research on a wider sample to generalize the benefit of students, especially since the majority of the sample members suffer from problems that they face during their educational life.2.The role of the educational counselor in educational institutions must be developed and extended and a helping hand be extended in recommending and guiding students about the manifestations and values of social belonging.3.The necessity of emphasizing cooperation and solidarity among all employees in educational and educational institutions for the efficient and effective implementation of the educational counselor’s strategies in order to enhance the values of students’ social belonging and to avoid manifestations of violence and intolerance in all its forms.4.Urging the employees in the internal departments to deal correctly with the students and avoid provoking them, which is reflected in the deterioration or destruction of the students' personality.5.The work urges the inclusion of some educational counselors in strengthening training courses for learning computer programs in order to implement their strategies from a distance.
