Abstract

The current research aims to know (Obstacles to the application of e-learning from the point of view of all teachers of social sciences in Diyala Governorate and their proposals for treatment). intentionally, as it consisted of (158) male and female teachers after excluding (20) A male and female teacher, who are members of the exploratory sample, to whom the researcher applied the questionnaire to calculate the reliability coefficient, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach for its suitability for the research procedures. One of the specialists in teaching methods and Islamic and modern history. The researcher also used many statistical methods, including the (Pearson) and (Spearman Brown) equations to calculate stability, and Fisher's law to find the weighted mean to know the probability of each paragraph. He also used the percentage weight law in analyzing and interpreting the results. After applying the tool and processing it statistically, the results showed that there are some obstacles that lead to the non-application of e-learning in primary schools, including the following:• Lack of involvement of educational bodies in development courses for the use of e-learning.• Lack of classroom equipment with modern tools and devices necessary for e-learning.The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including the following:• Intensifying training courses for educational bodies to develop their electronic and technological skills.• Providing an appropriate infrastructure that encourages the use of e-learning in schools.The researcher suggested several proposals, including the following:• Conducting a study similar to the current study at the level of schools in the country to unify points of view in identifying the most important difficulties of e-learning facing all male and female teachers.• Conducting a study aimed at developing solutions and treatment proposals for the difficulties of e-learning in all schools
