Abstract

The aim of the study was to reveal the perception of employees in the College of the importance of the e-fingerprint system, indicate the degree of organizational commitment, and reveal the statistically significant differences between the responses of employees in the levels of the dimensions of the study (E-fingerprint importance, emotional dimension, normative dimension, continuum dimension) by variables (gender, marital status, age, educational level, To achieve these goals, the descriptive method was used by preparing a questionnaire consisting of (41) questions distributed over the dimensions of the study, and the stability of the questionnaire was verified as kronbach's value for the total total dimensions of the study was (0.90). The results of the study showed that the weighted average of the weights for the dimension (importance of e-footprint in the college) as a whole amounted to a value of (2.33), which corresponds to the approval of the approved triple Likert scale, and through the calculation of the general arithmetic average of the total dimensions of organizational commitment came to an approval There were no statistically significant differences between staff responses in the levels of study dimensions according to variables ( sex, marital status, age, educational level and experience), while statistically significant differences were found in the case of the standard and continuing dimensions and were (0.04) and (0.03), respectively, which are below the tabular value and are due to different experience and for the benefit of those with experience (21 years and above). The study revealed a strong correlation between the dimensions of organizational commitment in general
