Since birth, a person enjoys a set of rights that are innate and do not require legislation for them, until he reaches adulthood, then some duties are added to these rights and these rights and duties grow and increase with the passage of time, and a person is not a useful member of his society except through awareness, thinking and a sense of responsibility, and this does not happen if a person is intellectually and cognitively shackled, so enjoying political rights will make a person an important member of society and able to push the wheel of life towards the better. In most countries of the world, its components are diverse, whether culturally, nationally or religiously, and this is God's law in creation, and we rarely find a state or we hardly find a state with a single religion and language, so the diversity of the component requires everyone to enjoy political rights even if at first it does not cause political problems, but the fear is that some of these problems will occur in the future, so everyone must participate in these rights, and enjoying them has become an essential human rights that have become a topic of interest to the lives of all peoples and countries, regardless of their civilizations and geographical locations.
