To achieve this, the researchers adopted an experimental design with partial control, which is the design of (the experimental group with a control group) and a post-test. The sample included (45) fourth-grade science students in (Al-Zawraa) Secondary School for Girls, affiliated with the Anbar Education Directorate, and they were randomly distributed into two groups. There were (22) female students in the experimental group, and (23) female students in the control group. The experimental group was studied using group discussion, and the control group was studied without using this method. The researchers rewarded the female students of the two research groups in a pre-test of false Arabic grammar concepts. The researchers selected the scientific material from the grammar book to be taught, which numbered (5) topics divided into (16) concepts, and in order to identify the degree of correcting the misconceptions among the students of the two research groups, the researchers prepared an objective achievement test consisting of (16) items of the type of choice from multiple, and make sure of its truthfulness and stability, Using the chi-square, the result was: There is a statistically significant difference between the two groups in misconceptions of grammar, in favor of the group in whose teaching group discussion was used.
