Abstract

Many academics and specialists in strategic and security affairs follow a theoretical approach in the philosophy of developing institutions related to these affairs, due to the scarcity of research with practical academic meaning that must be applied and the difficulty of keeping pace with developments in that field, in addition to the lack of openness to specialized studies in countries that speak languages. Others, which are difficult to take advantage of, these obstacles are one of the most important obstacles to researchers in the affairs of developing security and military institutions alike, which allows the production of research with a refined theoretical luxury without benefiting from the desired goal of its existence.
