Abstract

The aim of the research is to diagnose the dimensions of strategic sovereignty represented by (the ability to control others, the scope of influence, competitive formation, competitive pressure), to identify the extent of their availability among the leaders of the researched organization represented by the Asiacell Mobile Communications Company, in light of the analysis of the data collected through the questionnaire distributed to A sample consisting of (96) respondents from the senior and middle administrative leaders in the researched organization, and used descriptive methods within the statistical program (SPSS), and in a manner that the research reached several conclusions that confirmed the possession of the leaders of the researched organization for the embodied dimensions of strategic sovereignty represented by (the ability to control others , sphere of influence, competitive formation, competitive pressure), as well as presenting some proposals to establish strategic alliances with major organizations and continuously develop their strategies for their sustainability in a way that ensures that they possess the dimensions of strategic sovereignty to enhance the reality of the researched organization and maintain its position in the competitive environment in which it lives. The current study gains its importance in its presentation of the issue of strategic sovereignty, which represents one of the most important topics in the environment of contemporary organizations within the strategic management, as the importance of research is reflected through the following: Defining the concept of strategic sovereignty and the dimensions expressing it, as well as clarifying its role in securing the future of the organization and thus on the performance of the organization In general, in a way that achieves excellence and distinction. The extent to which current opportunities are known in the market and invested by Asiacell Mobile Communications Company to ensure that it achieves strategic sovereignty over local markets and from there to global markets. Increasing the awareness of the researched organization and enhancing their capabilities regarding the issue of the sovereignty of the strategy and its implications
