Abstract

This study is based on tracing the metaphors of feminist literature in the group (Al-Ghariba Beta’a Al-Marbouta) (). For the Iraqi poet Donia Mikhail, seeing the image of the other in female perceptions, and tracing the impact of feminist metaphors in reducing meaning. And in the poetic collection (Al-Ghariba Beta’a Al-Marbouta) what is consistent with the title that was set for this study, so the idea of tracking the metaphors of feminist literature, monitoring it and clarifying its implications through two main axes: The first axis: feminist metaphors at the level of the title. And the second axis: the image of the other in feminist metaphors. In addition to the presence of another axis linking these two axes, which we thought should be disseminated in the folds of the analysis, which is concerned with the role of feminist metaphors in reducing meaning. What makes us describe the compatibility between the title of the study and the poetic group; The nature of female poetry included in this collection, as its title bears the story of one of her most important poems, of which Al-Ta’a Al-Marbouta suffices us; To be the most prominent witness to the nature of its subject, as the poet's self tried to convey her message to the recipient through ciphers that we will try to dismantle and find out their truth. We called these ciphers feminist metaphors.Metaphors: These are the metaphorical expressions (Figures of Speech) that fall under the tent of metaphor in its broad form, which includes everything that is not real, which is considered one of the most important mechanisms of interpretation, and we mean by it to convey the expressions to what the speaker may want with his expression, as well as tracking the intent of the discourse and its semantics Metaphorical expression through which the speaker seeks to attract the attention of the recipient
