Abstract

Administrative delegation is an important tool of successful management, through which a set of competencies which are secondary to the tasks entrusted to the administrative president are distributed so that he can devote himself in a manner that allows him to perform his basic tasks smoothly and smoothly, as well as creating managerial cadres representing future leaders. This is done through conditions laid down by the laws, since the authorization represents an exception to the general rule that the competent authority shall perform his own work
