This research, titled (The Influence of the Social Environment on Word Meaning in the ڕشتەی مرواری))(, presents an abstract that aims to provide a practical framework for examining how the social environment and social behaviors influence meaning. Specifically, it looks at the meanings of the words found in the book (ڕشتەی مرواری), by utilizing the views of the renowned linguist J.R. Firth. This is because Firth believes that language is a social phenomenon, and that meaning changes according to the context, the speaker, and the addressee. Given that the status individuals hold within society dictates their manner of speaking and word selection, this plays a role in determining meaning. This is because each social class has its own linguistic characteristics and uses language in its own distinctive way. These differences are what create various situations, and these situations, in turn, play a role in determining meaning in language. A society is a place where a group of people live together and a common language brings them together. Are the individuals living in this society all of the same sex? Are they all in the same class? Are they all intellectuals and educated? Why do we ask these questions? Because all these social phenomena cause different situations, what effect does this have on meaning? It certainly affects the determination of meaning and the way words are used by individuals, because Fers says: Meaning is in use and the creation of new meanings is created through social capital and community members (participants). Their appearance in different situations changes their meaning. Their full meaning is determined by the situation, for example, changing cultural meaning to moral meaning or creating political meaning or giving social meaning (class).
