The main objective of the current study is to know the direction of the students of the Faculty of Education, University of Garmian towards the teaching profession, to achieve those goals, Understanding gender differences in research variables the researcher followed the "descriptive social survey approach, the research community consists of students of the Faculty of Education - University of Garmian, the fourth stage of the departments (Kurdish language, Arabic language, English language, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, geography, history, psychology) for the academic year (2024-2025) and for the morning study. The total number of the students consists of (529) students. The researcher chose from this number a random sample of (20%) for students, which consists of (106) students, the researcher followed the criterion (the direction of students of the Faculty of Education, University of Garmian towards the teaching profession), which consists of (25) items for the student.
The researcher has used the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) to solve the scientific statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient, Weight Centennial, T-test for two independent samples, standard deviation, Arithmetic Mean, the weighted Arithmetic mean), Following the research steps and analyzing data and statistics, the researcher has come to conclude that the direction of students of the Faculty of Education of Garmian University, towards the teaching profession is positive.
