Misguided social behaviors such as corruption, discrimination, conflicts, and violence are among the most prominent challenges threatening human societies, as these behaviors contribute to the destruction of the social fabric and increased tensions within society. In Islamic societies, the Holy Quran is the primary source of guidance and direction, offering a comprehensive approach to reforming individual and social behavior. It also provides mechanisms and tools for changing misguided social behaviors. The research aims to demonstrate the motivational approach of the Holy Quran in changing social behavior, clarify the practical foundations upon which the reform process in the Quran and Sunnah is based, and employ them in the process of Quranic construction at the present time, to serve as a model for contemporary reformers. It also aims to demonstrate the necessary treatment that achieves the building of the Quranic generation and alleviates the suffering of Muslims, as motivation is a divine approach mentioned in many Quranic verses, and rewarding good deeds is one of the most important motivators for instilling it in the human soul as a behavioral approach. The research problem focused on answering the following main question: What is the motivational approach of the Holy Quran in changing social behavior? The importance of the research is due to its study of the methods of motivational approach in the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the extent of commitment of segments of society to them, and the interactions of individuals with each other. The researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the Holy Quran has adopted many methods to motivate Muslims towards humane behavior. The Holy Quran is considered a model for humane behavior. Among the characteristics of the educational motivational methods in the Holy Quran is that they address the human heart, soul, mind, conscience and spirit, which makes them very effective and influential in human behavior, directing them towards good and keeping them away from evil. The Holy Quran is a model in controlling human behavior and raising them on it. It addresses people with their different categories and individual differences, and speaks about different patterns of human behavior with the aim of instilling, strengthening and increasing it, or modifying and changing it.
