The authoritarian regime has a project that rises above any other project, which is to support its control, as the regime’s policies and orientations are all governed by one central point, which is to continue ruling, with the door tightly closed to any peaceful mechanism for changing power. Therefore, the means of transformation in the political system require a strategic vision based on comprehensive scientific approaches to dismantle the structure of the authoritarian regime and reshape new balances of power according to political and legal rules that enjoy legitimacy and legality and within the framework of constitutional institutions with sovereignty and effectiveness

Authoritarianism takes the continuation of power as its basic goal, and its political, national, developmental, or liberation language turns into an ideological means to continue its control and impose its authority.
