Abstract

Abstract :

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Mercy to the Worlds. Now then: Grammar is the backbone of the Arabic language because it determines the sentence and its structure with the word, its meaning and its correctness. The importance of grammar stems from the importance of the Arabic language itself, and it has religious importance because it regulates the reading and understanding of the Holy Qur’an without distortion. It was established out of religious motivation to preserve the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Messenger; may God bless him and grant him peace. The Prophetic Hadith comes after the Holy Qur’an in the eloquence and rhetoric of the Arabic language and the correctness of its expression. Anyone who follows the works of grammar finds them poor in relying on the Noble Hadith when compared to relying on the Noble Qur’an and Arabic poetry. If they had also relied on the Noble Hadith, they would have obtained a large share of it in establishing grammatical rules. It is right that the Prophetic Hadith should be in second place after the Holy Qur’an, and should be given precedence over the speech of eloquent Arabs, whether poetry or prose, because the Hadith has a major role in preserving the Arabic language and transmitting it with a correct chain of transmission. This modest research presents the grammatical evidence in the Prophetic Hadiths mentioned in the book “Uqud al-Zabarjad” by al-Suyuti. This topic, which I want to publish, deals with (The raised inflected nouns) which Imam al-Nawawi specifically commented on, mentioning the scholars’ opinions on them. I have given a title to the grammatical issue under which the noble hadith falls, and explained the grammatical issue derived from grammar books, and mentioned the scholars’ opinions on it and mentioned Imam al-Nawawi’s opinion on this grammatical issue mentioned in the noble hadith. It is a presentation of the grammatical issues mentioned in the noble hadiths, and a highlighting of Imam al-Nawawi’s grammatical and linguistic personality by presenting his grammatical opinions on the noble hadiths.
