The aesthetics of forming tonal rhythm in the poetry of Hamad Al-Doukhi

This research represents a procedural attempt, the purpose of which is to look at the poetry of (Hamad Mahmoud Al-Dokhi) and examine the rhythmic and tonal (vocal) structures, to know the aesthetics of the formation of these structures and their transformations in his five poetry collections, and from here it aims to answer a set of questions, including: Did the rhythmic formation in Al-Dukhi’s poetry respond to aesthetic conditions, and to what extent was that aesthetic achieved? What distinguished Al-Dukhi’s rhythmic structures from others, or were his structures consistent and consistent with what was common among other contemporary poets? And were his rhythmic structures traditional or did they have a modernist tendency? In order to answer these questions, it was necessary to find out what was related to tonal rhythm, represented by its two axes known as external music and internal music. The research was divided according to two sections. In the first section, we dealt with external music represented by meter and rhyme, while in the second section we focused on rhythmic phenomena related to internal music, which are represented by repetition, alliteration, counterpoint, and counterpoint. As phenomena whose presence presented aesthetic features in Al-Dukhi’s poetry.References
