Abstract

The current research aims to identify(effective teaching skills among social teachers in the primary stage),the researcher prepared a questionnaire that included (4)areas,namely(design of educational activities, evaluation, determining the educational needs of students, providing an easy climate for education), which included (20) paragraphs, and the basic research sample included(168)teachers,in order to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher built a questionnaire as a tool for collecting information that was presented to a group of experts and arbitrators to ensure its truthfulness, and the stability of the tool was ensured after Applied to the stability sample, which amounted to(40) teachers and applied the tool in its final form to the basic sample, and in the light of the answers of the basic sample, the results were analyzed statistically using the weighted mean and percentage weight as statistical means, and the results showed that the field of evaluation ranked first with a weighted average of (3.99), and a percentage weight (80%), and teachers have shown interactive behavior with this area, and this indicates the teachers' appreciation of the importance of continuous evaluation to identify the scientific level of students, and this means that social teachers Aware of effective teaching skills,the researcher has recommended several recommendations, including attention to training teachers on effective teaching skills before service, and the researcher suggests the development of training plans to develop teachers' skills, including effective teaching skills.
