The study examines homosexuality as a complex social and psychological issue influenced by biological, psychological, and socio-cultural factors, including hormonal imbalances, childhood trauma, family breakdown, and media influence. It highlights the health risks associated with homosexual behavior, such as the spread of sexually transmitted diseases and psychological challenges like depression and social isolation, and suggests that societal normalization may lead to family disintegration and moral decline. The research advocates for a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation that combines psychological counseling, religious guidance, social support, and legal regulation, emphasizing the importance of upholding human dignity and strengthening traditional values, family systems, and religious institutions to prevent further spread of the phenomenon while promoting a compassionate social discourse. This research employs a descriptive-analytical approach, reviewing relevant scientific and religious literature, analyzing recent psychological and sociological studies, examining relevant religious texts, and presenting examples of successful therapeutic experiences. The research is divided into three sections: the first examines the factors contributing to the emergence and spread of homosexual relationships; the second explores the risks of homosexual relationships to the individual and society; and the third focuses on methods for treating homosexual relationships.
