This research entitled Female Style in Kejal Ibrahim Khadr's Poems is an attempt to present Kejal's poetry style as one of the female poet Feminine style is a significant aspect of stylistics in literature.There is no doubt that a female poet has her own unique literary style that distinguishes her from male poets. The most important reason for identifying women’s poetry as separate from men’s lies in their way of thinking, perception, and emotional expression.
The feminine style in poetry refers to the expression of feminine emotions in poetic form, and the act of writing about issues, struggles, and moods specific to women with the aim of raising awareness and showcasing the emotional experiences of the female gender. Among the prominent poets who, from the very beginning, have consciously sought to portray the true image of women is Ms. Kajal Ibrahim Khdr.
Kajal is a poet who has aimed to embody the voice of women, their language, their ideas, and their affirmation within the framework of her feelings and artistic expression. In her poetry collection, Ms. Kajal gracefully and clearly, with a distinctly feminine tone, discusses life, motherhood, crying, patience, rights, women’s status, love, and many other subjects.
This study consists of two parts.
The first part discusses the concept of feminine style in poetry and its characteristics from a theoretical perspective, which includes:
• Feminism
• The role of motherhood
• Opposing the patriarchal system
• Nostalgia and returning to childhood
• Use of expressions and vocabulary related to the body and biological life of women
• Expressing romantic feelings toward the opposite gender
• Use of household imagery
• Emphasis on feminine voice and performance
• Representation of feminine tools
• Weaving emotions
The second part of the research identifies the feminine stylistic elements found in the poetry of Kajal Ibrahim Khdr according to the characteristics of feminine style
