Civil litigation is the property of its owners, and then they can put an end to it, regardless of its ending, where the defendant can waive or any action in that of him, such as violations, which does not raise problems in the truth of the matter unless there are multiple litigations and the real forms occur when the litigations are unified in One opponent. In order to reach the results expected from the research, we chose to adopt an analytical approach to this topic, based on the extrapolation of legal texts to deduce the provisions established by the legislator to resolve the consequences of the unity of the dispute, as well as those consequences related to appealing judgments when they are unified, with a close look at the opinions of some jurists related to the subject of the research.
