This study provides a detailed examination of the popular fronts governance in France june 1936 to june 1937 regarded as one of the most critical periods in interwar history by highlighting the complex political and economic factors that catalyzed the formation of a broad coalition among leftist parties in response to the greate depression and the rising threat of fascism in europe. furthermore, the research offers a comprehensive analysis of the significance social Matignon agreements and the establishment of fundamental labor rights such as the reduction of working, hours and provisions of political conflict and financial pressures that ultimately led to the collapse, of this short/lived political experiment the study, employed a historical analytical approach to conclude that, despite its political failure. The popular fronts succeeded in creating a hostoric, shift in the French social system and serving as a model for preserving democratic values furing time of national crisis.
