The Concept of Procedural Nullity in Administrative Law: A Comparative Study

This research addresses a serious defect affecting administrative judicial procedures and rulings issued by the administrative judiciary, namely the defect of nullity. This defect is represented by the violation of the procedure of the logical or legal presumptions of the existence of the procedural act. The violation in this defect is very serious, exceeding serious procedural invalidity. The research sheds light on the concept of this defect, its nature, and the statement of its rulings by identifying its types and cases, leading to the determination of this serious defect through the available legal means.
