The independence of the administrative judiciary is a crucial and vital issue in all political systems. The judiciary occupies a prominent position among the other public authorities in the state, due to its role in achieving justice and its function as a safe haven for individuals. Moreover, the principle of judicial independence is one of the most important pillars of legitimacy, through which the legality of the state can be assessed. The administrative judiciary, as one of the branches of the judiciary, must therefore enjoy this independence, just like the other judicial bodies, especially considering that this judiciary has the authority to rule on the legality of administrative actions and plays a prominent and important role in protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals. This is because it is well known that the administration is in constant and direct contact with individuals through administrative control procedures aimed at protecting public order in all its aspects and ensuring the regular operation of public services.
