The research aims to identify the effectiveness of the (TBL) strategy in the achievement of fourth-grade primary schoolgirls in science, and the researcher adopted the experimental method and chose the experimental design (with partial control) for two equal groups, and the researcher randomly chose (Al-Aqsa Primary School for Girls) divided into two divisions (A. Division (A) was chosen randomly to represent the experimental group and the number of its students (27), and in the same way, Division (B) was chosen to represent the control group and the number of its students (25), and the research sample reached (52) students, and the researcher was statistically rewarded between The members of the two groups in the following variables: (chronological age calculated in months, the test of previous information, and the test of intelligence), and the researcher determined the study material in the last three units of the science book for the fourth grade, then the researcher formulated behavioral goals as their number reached (120) behavioral goals representing the three cognitive levels The first of Bloom’s classification in the cognitive domain. As for the research tool, the researcher built the achievement test, which consisted of (25) objective test items of the type of multiple choice, four alternatives, according to the map. The test results (table of specifications), and the validity, discrimination coefficient, difficulty, effectiveness of alternatives, and stability were verified. The reliability coefficient by Kewder-Richardson method was 20 (0.87); The researcher used the appropriate statistical methods to extract the data, and the results showed that the students of the experimental group outperformed the students of the control group.
