The Impact of the Needham Model on the Achievement of Psychology Students in the Foundations of Education Course and the Development of Patience in Them

The aim of the research is to identify (The effect of the Needham model on the achievement of students of the Department of Psychology in the foundations of education subject and developing their values of patience The experimental design includes two groups of equal size. was adopted, Suitable nature of research. The research sample consists of (66) male and students intentionally picked in students of the Department. Guidance at the College of Education, third stage. This sample was randomly divided into two groups, one of which was experimental (33) students who studied the foundations of education subject using the Needham model, and a control group (33) students, who studied the same subject in the usual way.
The behavioral objectives were formulated according to Bloom's five levels (remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, synthesizing) with (120) objectives, two tools, an achievement test (40) items for each item (4) options, and reliability, validity, and discrimination were verified and the items were analyzed statistically, then A tool to measure the value of patience. It was distributed area of patience for affliction). Each item had three alternatives (often, sometimes, rarely), and validity and reliability were extracted. It consisted of (40) items. The scale was paragraph. Then, the experiment was implemented on November 5, 2023, and the experiment continued until January 9, 2023. The results showed that the experimental group was superior in both tests to the control group.
