Research objectives to identify the nature of organizational justice and analyze its social significance, moving beyond the prevailing administrative and psychological approaches that often confine organizational justice to individual perceptions or organizational aspects.
The research adopted the descriptive-analytical methodology to reveal the social significance of organizational justice. Organizational justice practices do not only affect satisfaction and loyalty within organizations but also operate as a complex social mechanism that contributes to the reproduction of social stratification.
The research reached a set of conclusions that clarify the social necessity of organizational justice, the most important of which is that organizational justice has a role in building or eroding trust and social capital. Perceptions of justice represent a vital basis for building trust, not only within the direct organizational relationships between employees, management, and colleagues, but their effects may also extend to influence the level of generalized social trust that individuals have in institutions and the social system as a whole.
Moreover, justice practices contribute to building social capital within work teams and the organization by fostering positive relationships and cooperation, which leads to social cohesion. Furthermore, organizational justice has an impact on social stability.
