Abstract

The authority of administrative judgments constitutes a fundamental pillar of the principle of the rule of law and administrative justice, as it ensures the effectiveness, enforceability, and mandatory compliance of judicial rulings issued by administrative courts. The authority of an administrative judgment refers to the binding legal force that prevents its disregard or the re-litigation of the same dispute once all legal remedies have been exhausted or the statutory time limits for appeal have expired. From a temporal perspective, the authority of administrative judgments remains effective and legally binding until the judgment is fully enforced, amended, or annulled by a subsequent ruling issued by a competent judicial authority. This authority serves as a key guarantee for legal stability and underscores the vital role of administrative in upholding legality and protecting individual rights against administrative power.
