Civil liability of the substitute doctor in Iraqi law (A Comparative-Analytical Study)

Resorting to the use of substitute medicine, a number of problems, responsibilities and legal implications, this study based on analytical and comparative methods highlighted all the legal problems that exist in the applicable medical laws in Iraq and the Iraqi Kurdistan Region Presenting the most important jurisprudence opinions on it, the most important conclusions show that according to the applicable medical laws, there is no legal arrangement in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region to determine the legal responsibility of substitute physicians
