The study aims at measure the level of reflective thinking of kindergarten children. The researcher was used the descriptive approach, and she collected data by using the test of reflective of thinking of kindergarten children which prepared by (Hammad (2023)).The apparent validity of the test were performed by presenting them to the experts, where some sections were deleted and others modified. Likewise, the reliability of test were calculated by the test- retest method, according to the Pearson correlation equation, which reached (0.81).

The sample was chosen randomly from research population that include (100) children from kindergartens of Mosul-city which is the center of Ninawa governorate. After applying the test, this study reached the following results. First, the level of reflective thinking skills is good for children who are in kindergarten-age. Second, the results of this research show statistically significant difference between males and females of kindergarten children. Depending on these results, the researcher presented some recommendations:

Focusing on the self-learning style during the implementation of the educational application in kindergartens, which provides an opportunity to implement the educational pillars section, especially the exploration corner, to improve the child in an environment to develop his/her natural abilities and skills in reflective thinking, and thus, develop the style of thinking through observation, that leading to providing exploration and solution to problems.

According to the researcher's proposals, designing a special program that supports mental games and puzzles to develop children’s reflective thinking skills and train them in this type of skills.
