Abstract

This study, entitled (Characteristics of the dystopian personality in the novel Gorlis) analyzes the dimensions of the dystopian concept in the novel "Gurlis" by Tahsin Navshki, a prominent example of dystopian literature, depicting a world where human values are destroyed. The study aims to highlight character development within a dystopian environment and demonstrate how the author portrays humanity as a dystopian character in his novel, living under the pressures of authority, society, and a culture of violence. This research employs a descriptive-analytical approach, focusing on the relationship between the character and the dystopian setting (Gurlis), which is portrayed as a vast prison.
