The research aims to measure and analyze the role of charitable stocks (Sukuk al waqfiya) in achieving sustainable development financing in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq during the period (2022-2025). The research relied on a simple regression model based on the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) method, using monthly data for the period (2022-2025) which amounted to (48 observations), and with the help of the E-Views 12 program. The analysis consists of four main models and five variables. Charitable stocks (as the independent variable) and the number of patients, GDP (an indicator of economic growth), unemployment rates, and poverty rates (as dependent variables) represent the economic growth, unemployment rates, and poverty rates, respectively. The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: increasing charitable stocks (Sukuk al waqfiya) leads to a rise in the number of patients benefiting from this aid, improves individuals' access to health and treatment services, and achieves economic growth directly and indirectly by supporting human capital, stimulating economic activity, reducing poverty and unemployment, and improving their ability to enter the labor market or create new sources of income. It also leads to a decrease in poverty rates by providing financial support to poor and low-income groups, which helps improve living standards and increase the ability to meet basic needs. Based on these conclusions, the research presented a set of proposals, the most important of which are raising awareness and knowledge of Sukuk al waqfiya through more awareness and training efforts, and strengthening the sources of funding for Sukuk al waqfiya by attracting investors and improving the management of Sukuk al waqfiya.
