This research represents a linguistic and grammatical study that examines the syntactic relations and their coherence in the construction of meaning, in one of the verses of the Holy Qur’an whose subject is praising the Prophet. The research seeks to highlight the role of syntactic coherence in the construction of meaning and the creation of the aesthetics of the grammatical structure in the Qur’anic text, through two sections; the first is theoretical, which explains the concepts of coherence and grammatical structure, and the second is applied, which is based on studying the most prominent manifestations of syntactic coherence in the selected verse, through studying the coherence in the predicative relations, and the coherence based on the context of correspondence. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, which aligns with the research's objective of addressing both theoretical and applied aspects. This approach is well-suited to the mechanisms of description and analysis. The research concluded with significant findings, most notably demonstrating the role of coherence based on attribution and correspondence in creating the laudatory meaning for the Prophet in the noble verse. This underscores the importance of grammatical structure in strengthening textual cohesion and constructing its meanings and implications in an eloquent language that affirms the eloquence and miraculous nature of the Quranic language. Since the Holy Qur’an is the greatest linguistic text in the Arabic language, we have chosen a verse from it to be the subject of a study of the role of syntactic coherence in achieving the semantic purpose. We have chosen verse (164) from Surah Al Imran, which was revealed after Surah Al Anfal. It is a surah characterized by the diversity of its topics, and praising the Prophet was among those topics, and the chosen verse was distinguished by it. We chose it in order to demonstrate the strength of the Qur’anic structure and its consistency in its attributive and correspondence relationships to convey the meaning in the context of this thematic momentum that characterizes the surah in general.
