Imamate - Imamate - Transport - Reason – Infallibility.Abstract
The research focused on identifying the concept of the Imamate statement, clarification and showing the main role of it being one of the two weights left by the Prophet in Muslims, namely the Book of God and the family of Ahl al-Bayt, has specialized in the imams of them, especially what was mentioned about that in the Imami doctrine and what came in their sources of transport and mental, and a statement of the main, basic and important role for them in maintaining religion and leading the nation, and the statement of the duty entailed The Islamic Ummah must respond to the Imamate and preserve it, being the second pillar of the survival of religion, preserving its statutes, and clarifying the Qur'anic meanings that God commanded the Prophet to explain as the Imamate is the natural extension of the Prophet's message Being the amount of God's law, which He revealed through the blessed Qur'anic verses.
People may reject the Imam for his justice and piety if they realize that he does not support their goals. They may choose someone they see as soft and broken. Therefore, it is necessary for God to appoint someone who is more worthy of this task so that there is no excuse for those who did not live with the messengers against God. Anyone who understands today's jurisprudential rulings realizes that they are almost devoid of decisiveness, and it is not rational for God to leave His religion to the opinion of those people choose despite their shortcomings. Perhaps all these contradictions are evidence of the void that the Imamate left in the lives of Muslims Since the Imam is a kindness from God, he guides people to the path of obedience, forbids them from disobedience, judges the oppressed, defends the oppressor, establishes limits and obligations, and issues rulings on those who do wrong. If it were permissible for him to disobey, he would rather be in need of an imam to guide him and direct him to obedience and impose punishment on him in the matters in which he might disobey. If it was His kindness to send to the people a prophet who is infallible from minor and major sins, who does not speak out of whims, who teaches them the Book and wisdom, judges between them, and encourages them to do obedience, then it is also part of His kindness to leave for the people an infallible Imam who does not err in rulings, and who is not permitted to commit sins.
