This article aims to analyze the phenomenon of dehumanization in Ahmad Mukhtar Jaf’s short story, A Matter of Conscience. As a realist text set within a corrupt political and feudal framework, the story depicts the transformation of the protagonist, Zorab Effendi, from a state of innocence and ethical integrity into an instrument of oppression. By employing a socio-psychoanalytical approach, this research demonstrates how the socio-political structures of the author’s era utilized various mechanisms to strip individuals of their human attributes, thereby marginalizing and eroding the conscience as a moral core. The central hypothesis posits that conscience serves as the primary impediment to an individual’s integration or "anchoring" within corrupt systems. Consequently, dehumanization becomes a prerequisite for the triumph of aggression and malevolence over humanism and benevolence; thus, conscience is marginalized and sacrificed as a moral barrier. What is the best way to do this? English How to remove the text? This is a major joke on India, like the Indian language, philosophy and psychology. And there is a lot of bad news, political and political trends in Canada, as well as geo-political and political trends; What is the meaning of this matter? What is the meaning of the matter? Your device is a fast-paced device with a mechanical device that connects to your device and your dignity. Why don't you leave the text on your phone? DĕKāt.
