Abstract

The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and we exhausted ourselves in knowing his intention, so that the issue is evident in the words of his judgment, the explainer has described the Nazim as having appointed himself as the position of the mujtahids in Arabic, and the sayings of the mujtahids may vary greatly in the same issue according to times and sights, so the style of Shatby is characterized by the strength of presentation, response, interpretation and weighting, especially since the book is the juice of his scientific effort, relying on various sources in jurisprudence, assets, hadith, sound, morphology, grammar, language and presentations until tomorrow For the sake of literature. It is the virtue of the explainer that most of the texts that were judged by this term explain them, and show the opinions of those who preceded him in them, as he has a tangible style that did not seek his intention except through careful scrutiny, because he follows the effects of the regulator by attracting the opinions of the two sects, and this is his predisposition in most matters, as well as from his excessive cunning and sincerity of intention and belief, he begins to express the summary in more than one way, and his explanations are based on hearing and measurement, and this characteristic permeates his doctrine.
