Therefore, we decided to examine an aspect of the divorce formula, as the formula Is one of the pillars of divorce upon which Its legal status depends. It Is of utmost Importance, because any defect may result in the continuation of the marital relationship despite its members thinking that they have been divorced, and thus the possibility of starting anotherr marriage project for the woman or the man; and this Inevitably, if we look at It closely, constitutes a disaster on the family level; becausee the woman goes to marry anotherr person after completing her waiting period, thinking that she has separated from her first husband, but the matter may not be so; The first divorce, for a reason that some people may not pay attention to, may result in the woman remaining under the responsibility of her first husband, as a result of the fIrst divorce not having taken place.
